Skopje, 17 May 2025 – In the digital era, where the speed of information is both an advantage and a challenge, the more and more frequent occurrence of disinformation and manipulative narratives has profound consequences for society, especially in the context of the topics covered in this Collection. Consent, bodily autonomy, gender narratives, education and institutional support are among the key issues that shape our social and cultural landscape today, and to which this publication dedicates particular attention.
This Anthology constitutes significant contribution to the efforts to address these challenges, providing verified information, in-depth analyses and authentic testimonies that affirm the truth and encourage critical thinking.
The main goal of this publication is to expose and prevent false information spread through media and the social networks, giving space and visibility to marginalized communities and actively opposing disinformation that hinder the progress towards gender equality. Through analytical reviews and research articles, this Collection emphasizes the need for comprehensive education on sexuality, respect for the ethical standards in media reporting and the establishment of gender-sensitive institutional policies.
With this edition, we reaffirm our commitment to education and information as the key tools for overcoming prejudice and building a fairer and more inclusive society.
